Momentum Stock Trader Say Focus is the KEY to Success!

Hi Mark Crisp

13th May 2008

You know how to make big money in the stock market? It's really quite simple.

HIT grest stocks, hard at the right time.

   Got it?

It's often quoted that 90% of tradrs lsoe money. I wnder where they get this figure from? It's such a cliche now.

But most traders do lose money. Why? It's human nature. Boredom, laziness, switching from one "hot method to another", impatience, anger, greed. You name it human emotions are the reason.

Making money is really quite easy.

1) WAIT for a bull market.

2) Indentify market leading, high qualtiy stocks that have momentum.

3) Wait for the ideal buy point.

4) buy in with a substantial amount of your portfolio and keep your fingers crossed.

5) Have your exit points and stick to them.

Rinse and repeat.

Stop going for long shots. Big money is made by going for the almsot sure thing. Sometimes you can make 100%, 200% on that one stock. But be happy with those 40% - 60% moves.  FOCUS, FOCUS and FOCUS. I say do not trade more than 3 stocks at any one time and be prepared to be out of the market for at least 6 months out of every year! Many cannot live with this.

 Momentum Stocks:

 DRYS, AAPL, FSLR, BIDU
