The Weekly, Stress Free, Momentum Stock Trader:
Well the markets are still going up, kind of. I neither get excited or down by what the market does as it is going to do it anyway. So no point in getting emotionally involved with its gyrations. Where will it end by next month, end of year, etc…? I have no idea. I simply see no point at all it getting involved in mute discussion like this. Saves me time and allows me to mellow out.
Why “The Weekly, Stress Free Momentum Stock Trader?
Glad you asked me.
Weekly:
I trade off weekly charts. I make my sell and buy positions, move my stop and exit based on weekly charts. I do not follow the stock prices during the week (well sometimes I do but I can also take a few days off as well. There’s no watching every tick and tock the stock makes intra day here.) I always wanted my stock profits to be passive. I never wanted to create another J.O.B (just over broke) by swapping one job for another trading stocks.
I always thought what would my ideal “retirement” be? It would be making 30-50%+ p.a. in the stock markets trading say 20 minutes on a Monday morning and then having the rest of the time free. So….i am not going to wait this is what I created.
STRESS FREE:
Well by not following every twist and turn of the stock price especially intra-day and not listening to dozens of different view points I create a complete objective stance on the stocks I am in or stalking. I am emotionless in trading and this leads to no stress. Stress by the way is the BIG silent killer.
Momentum Trader:
I found through years of following the markets the very best stocks had some momentum behind them THEN went on to gather more and more momentum. Like a run=away snow ball. These monster stocks would often go up 300%, 400%, 500%+ and leave everyone gasping.
Now it takes time. TASR, HANS, TIE, etc took time to make these gains. This isn’t about making a quick 5%-10% in a few days and then repeating the process. It’s about making 200% to 500%+ gains in 6-24 months. The big money REALLY is in the BIG moves. This is how millions are made.
