Growth Stocks

Growth Stocks are the ones that lead to massive gains.

Hi,

What makes a phenominal growth stock? A stock that is talked about at tea parties for years afterwards. You know like a Microsoft, YHOO, Qcomm. AOL. A stock where everyone seems to know someone who made a life time change on that stock.

Well there are always the same factors in each stock that are identical.

Let’s look at TZOO (2004)

Tzoo

This stock went from less than $10 to just over $100 in about 9 months. We caught two big moves of 50%+. The correction in the middle was severe and we did get stopped out. But we got back in for another profit and we got out before the BIG drop off.

So what were the factors of this great growth stock?:

1) It was a bull market

2) The stock was at an all time high

3) The stock had the THREE charecteristics all Momentum Growth Stock show. VERY important.

4) Volume. Use my volume calculation to determine if the stock has enough buying power.

5) That’s about it.
