Forex Auto Trading What Is Possible?
When it comes to the subject of forex auto trading there definitely seems to be 2 camps of thought. One camp, what I call the anti forex auto trading camp” either do not believe in it or have not given it enough thought. They are entrenched there is no way anyone can auto-trade the forex markets and make a consistent profit.
The other camp, the “get rich quick crowd” seem to believe you can make millions of dollars real easy if you find the right auto forex trading system. For some reason they believe all these fake web sites showing graphs and pretend accounts going from $2,000 to $1M in 12 months. Simply plug in the auto trading software, go on holiday and come back rich.
I am here to tell you yes forex auto trading is possible. I have done it for a long time. But it’s not quite the get rich scheme many have fallen for. Surprise, surprise.
Auto trading the forex markets is possible but it’s not quite as hands free as many want it to be. Yes I leave my robot to day trade the forex market all day as I do other things. This was the whole point of it. I hated watching the quote machine all day only to do 15 minutes “work” It seemed like a big waste of time to me. But there’s no way I would leave it un attended whilst I went away on vacation. I heck it every day and make sure nothing has gone wrong.
Secondly, and this is VERY important. No system works all the time. Markets volatility picks up and slacks off in cycles and every so often your system needs tweaking to fit into these cycles. You can’t expect your trading rules that work today to be doing the same in 12 months time. So if you bought an expensive forex auto trading system I hope they offer updates on that system. Do they even update it?
In short auto forex trading is both possible and profitable. But keep it real. 4% to 10% per month gains are possible with a good system. These pipe dreams of making millions are only making the vendor rich.
